Apples this week: Sweet Sansa, rich Zabergau Reinette and Alkmene, the bright Elstar-a dutch favorite, sour Bramley’s, crisp Fuji, awesome Karmijn; Italian Plums. Bring apples to cider in our apple press. It’s an early year due to the warmth and all fruit is coloring like it’s ripe indicating that it will ripen (sufficiently ripe).
