September 5th-What’s picking & lower prices!

Apples (10 varieties) Grapes(6 varieties), Pear(2 varieties, Plum(italian), Aronia, few peach and blackberry.

The grapes are early and abundant this year thus we have lowered the prices to encourage more fruit in your larder. ½ Peck basket full, about 5lbs., is $20, previously $30. One peck, about 10lbs. is $35, previously $50. >20# earns $3/pound. And >40# = $2.75/#.

Grape Storage- my favorite is to keep them fresh with cold and dry: put them in a paper bag, not too full, in the back of you refrigerator. They are still juicy in March. By May they will be raisins.
