TORO, and more to go!

Very productive varieties for me mean those that are more disease resistant- especially from mummyberry-afungus that can attack from infected berries the year before, spreading microscopes into the blossom and causing a tasteless mycelium to grow in the berry. The cycle is stopped by hygiene-mulching berries over on the ground, picking them up or burning the little mushroom growing out of the hard brown berry before it bursts. Burned by flame or chemical. Urea is the organic approach-a strong solution will both fertilize and kill the mushroom. Timing is critical.

  1. Hi,

I came by yesterday on November 24th and wanted to take a look at some of the younger vines. No one was around.
Will you have young grape vines for sale this next season?

We always keep a stock of plants around from cuttings to 3 year old. And you can always call to reach me- to walk you through self-service!
